• Print out and complete our AD REQUEST FORM

• Obtain sizes (in inches) and any technical specifications for ad submission

• Include mocked-up sample of the ad and any technical specs from the publication with your order

• Submit photos via email after you've faxed your order, or mail/ship request with a photo to be scanned.
